Overview

The TCB3 series point-type combustible gas detectors for industrial and commercial applications are cutting-edge gas detection instruments developed by our company. Featuring high-performance catalytic combustion gas sensors and microcontroller technology, these detectors are manufactured using precision SMD (Surface-Mount Device) processes. They offer excellent repeatability, reliable temperature and humidity performance, extended service life, and user-friendly operation. This product is suitable for gas leakage concentration detection in industrial and commercial environments. The detector converts gas concentration signals in the air into electrical signals, which can be output in either three-wire (4～20) mA current signal or four-wire RS485 digital signal. It features long transmission distance and excellent anti-interference performance. This product is designed for gas safety detection, alarm, and control in environments containing flammable gases, including petroleum refining, chemical processing, storage and gas stations, gas pipelines, municipal utility tunnels, fire monitoring systems, and spray painting rooms. It is suitable for hazardous areas with explosive flammable gases classified as Grade II A to II C and temperature ranges from T1 to T6
