Confined Space Solutions
Due to the inherent risks and safety challenges associated with confined spaces, we provide the following integrated solution:
The GQB-TCB2-M Mobile Area Gas Detection and Alarm System integrates pump-suction gas detection, battery-powered operation, and video surveillance into a single mobile unit. It enables real-time monitoring of hazardous gases in confined spaces, while providing remote video monitoring and recording of work activities.
Supporting 4G network communication, the system can upload real-time gas concentration data, on-site video footage, and alarm information to both the PC-based monitoring center and remote mobile terminals. Through the monitoring software on PCs and smartphones, supervisors can view hazardous gas levels inside confined spaces and monitor work activities remotely.
When hazardous gas concentrations reach preset alarm thresholds, the mobile gas detection unit immediately activates audible and visual alarms and simultaneously sends early warnings to supervisors wearing interconnected portable gas detection and warning devices within a range of 50–100 meters. This function effectively helps prevent the escalation of accidents caused by improper or blind rescue attempts.

Problems Addressed by Portable Gas Detection Devices
Challenges Solved:
The solution addresses the issue that data from portable gas detection devices used in major hazard sources cannot be automatically uploaded to a centralized platform. It enables more intuitive access to real-time field sampling data, improves operational efficiency, and reduces the likelihood of accidents.
The close-range warning function effectively prevents secondary injuries and fatalities caused by unplanned rescue operations.
Field Application Method
The system adopts a pump-suction gas detection method. When the portable gas detector triggers an alarm, the alarm information is transmitted to nearby workers wearing interconnected devices, providing immediate warnings to personnel in the surrounding area.
Based on the warning information, workers can take timely safety precautions, evacuate from hazardous areas, or initiate appropriate rescue measures.
Meanwhile, the PC and mobile monitoring platforms provide access to:
• Personnel movement tracks
• Real-time gas concentration data
• Live location information
• Alarm history records
• Other operational safety data
This integrated solution enables real-time supervision, early hazard detection, and effective emergency response management for confined space operations.
